NOLITA RESIDENCE

A new construction, three bedroom/three bath condo in Nolita for a family with young children. Our goal was to give our clients a home that was modern but with warmth, character and individuality. This we achieved with decorative millwork and bold wallcoverings. We also maximized space and storage, especially in the children’s rooms with custom-designed built-in furniture. With family life and demanding work schedules, it was important to give our clients a home that would work for them: materials were chosen with thought to not only look beautiful but to stand up to everyday use - and with young children, sometimes abuse!
