LOUDONVILLE RESIDENCE

A young family asked us to help them reconfigure the entire main floor of their charming brick Colonial style home outside Albany, New York. The layout was completely reworked to create an open flow between the kitchen and dining room, while carving out a new mud room and powder room off the back entry. The finishes take advantage of all the natural light by using white lacquer cabinets, pale gray walls and antique mirror cabinet insets. Rich textural elements like factory style lighting and a reclaimed butcher block also add layers to the neutral surroundings.
