CHATHAM RESIDENCE

This early 1900’s Craftsman style home still had most of its original architectural detail and flooring throughout when we were tasked with updating it. Finishes were brought up to date along with modern paint colors and a fresh furniture palette that gave a nod to the history of the house. Lots of local vintage finds were mixed with eBay discoveries and some new statement pieces. This home was featured in Elle Decor, June 2010.
