NORTH CHATHAM RESIDENCE

This center hall colonial style home was built in 1827 and needed a complete overhaul. All of the existing drywall walls and ceilings were removed to allow for new infrastructure to be installed as well as to make way for a new kitchen and bathrooms throughout. Rich Farrow & Ball paint colors are used on both the exterior and interior to provide a lush backdrop for a mix of old and new furnishings. Natural elements add richness throughout the interior while the exterior was completely reconfigured to add a gracious bluestone terrace and gardens. This home has been featured in House & Garden, Belle, Domino, Reveal and on AD.com.
